Highly reccomend. Everyone here was as accommodating as possible. Location is perfect - far enough from the heart of Florence but close enough that you're not too removed.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Florenz erlebt. Dazu hat das Hotel Mulino mit seinen freundlichen Mitarbeitern sehr beigetragen. Eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung. Nach dem reichhaltigen Frühstück konnte Florenz leicht "erobert" werden. Danke.

omg what a great day!!! I survived my first day in florence. luckily I didnt get killed, the roads are about 2 feet wide with curves, bicycles cars motorcyclles and people walking their dogs. unbelievable!!!! Did a walking taste tour of Florence today. First we walked to the market where we tasted different cheeses salamis and pricuttos, then we tried three different typical florent dishes, rabbit was one of them (not my thing) next we were off to a chocolate makers and then to a gellato shop,last stop was a wine bar where we tried ten different wines from the region (not so good for me!!!!!) now Im back at my relaxing hotel and still not sure if Ill be eating tonite.

My wife and I stayed at the beautiful Mulino Di Firenze in March 2012 and our experience of the hotel, staff and restaurant was that it is incredible. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The restaurant makes its own pasta and bread that it served in the outstanding value for money restaurant. The city centre is 15 mins away and the hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the hotel so it does not make it an inconvenience. The cost of a taxi to or from the Duomo is roughly €15. I will definitely be returning to this hotel even if it's just to use the jacuzzi bath in the en-suite rooms. 10 out of 10.
